By accessing or using texting.video ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

texting.video is a web-based tool that allows users to create animated text message conversation videos. The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that impersonates real people with intent to deceive, defraud, or harass
  • Produce content that violates any applicable law
  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the conversations and videos you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disclaimer

texting.video is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Apple, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform. All theme designs are original creative interpretations inspired by common messaging UI patterns.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
