Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 15, 2026
Our Commitment
texting.video is committed to making our service accessible to everyone. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously work to improve the experience for all users.
What We Do
- Use semantic HTML to ensure proper document structure
- Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios across the interface
- Support keyboard navigation throughout the application
- Provide text alternatives where possible
- Design responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes
Known Limitations
Some parts of our service have known accessibility limitations:
- Canvas-based preview: The conversation preview and video export use HTML canvas, which is not natively accessible to screen readers. The conversation editor provides an accessible text-based interface for composing messages.
- Video output: Exported videos do not currently include captions or audio descriptions, as they are silent animated text conversations.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of texting.video. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at support@texting.video. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to address issues promptly.
